- Prescription Orders: 5–7 working days depending on lens type and coating.
- Shipping Fee: R135 flat rate across South Africa.
- Courier Partner: We use trusted national couriers with tracking and delivery updates.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
- Non-Prescription Products: Return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
- Prescription Products: Unfortunately, due to their custom nature, prescription lenses are non-refundable.
- Faulty Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and order number.
