📦 Shipping Information

• Standard Delivery: 1–2 working days for non-prescription items.
• Prescription Orders: 3–5 working days depending on lens type and coating.
• Shipping Fee: R150 flat rate across South Africa. Free shipping on orders over R1500 
• Courier Partner: We use trusted national couriers with tracking and delivery updates.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

• Non-Prescription Products: Return or exchange within 10 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
• Prescription Products: Unfortunately, due to their custom nature, prescription lenses are non-refundable.
• Faulty Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and order number.
• Return Process: Email us at admin@specsareus.com with your order details to start a return.

Note: We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet our policy terms.
