📦 Shipping Information

Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days for non-prescription items.
Prescription Orders: 5–7 working days depending on lens type and coating.
Shipping Fee: R135 flat rate across South Africa.
Courier Partner: We use trusted national couriers with tracking and delivery updates.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Non-Prescription Products: Return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
Prescription Products: Unfortunately, due to their custom nature, prescription lenses are non-refundable.
Faulty Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and order number.
Return Process: Email us at admin@specsareus.com with your order details to start a return.
