Shipping Fee: R130 flat rate across South Africa. Free shipping on orders over R1500

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Non-Prescription Products: Return or exchange within 10 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
Prescription Products: Unfortunately, due to their custom nature, prescription lenses are non-refundable.
Faulty Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and order number.
